The Covenant states that ALL exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) PRIOR to the changes being made.  Please document your plans and specifications utilizing the Design and Improvement Request Form and submit to the committee at heidi@teleos-services.com.

Once the complete submittal is received by Teleos Management Group, the Board/Committee has forty-five (45) days to review and decide on the request.  You will be notified, in writing, of the decision.

The intent of the Committee is to serve the Parker Homestead neighborhood by protecting values and maintaining a cohesive appearance that makes our community unique.

WARNING - The penalty for making exterior changes without approval can be severe and costly.
